Dyeing
The BENNINGER AND MONFORT CDR presents a complete dyeing range with pad-dry pad-stream capabilities. The S-roll technological padder ensures uniform dyeing across both length and width. This PLC-controlled machine precisely manages chemical dozing and monitors temperature, steam, and water parameters.
Printing With Zimmer Rotary
Our high-end ZIMMER ROTARY printing facility accommodates up to 20 colors. With a PLC-controlled system and a versatile sample Rotary unit, we ensure printing precision. The machine offers various repeat sizes, allowing for flexible and customized printing options.
Flat Bed Panel Printing
Equipped with servo-driven motors for individual color heads, our FLAT BED PANEL PRINTING system supports repeat sizes of 1.95 meters in 6 colors. Ideal for panel prints and engineered designs, this technology ensures meticulous printing detail.
Fabric Setting
The MOTEX STENTER is the go-to solution for heat setting and stretching woven fabrics. Its Flexi Flow Air Circulation System and inverter-driven motors provide efficient air control. This stenter guarantees reproducible fabric results and precise speed control, enhancing overall production efficiency.
Fabric Finishing
Our KUSTER CALENDER offers superior fabric finishing with teXcal s-roll textile calender technology. Achieve gloss and soft handle finishes in a single fabric passage. The multi-covering calender technology provides diverse calendering effects, ensuring greater productivity with shorter seam passages.
Waste Water Management
Our SIMEM ZERO LIQUID DISCHARGE PLANT ensures sustainable waste water treatment, water recovery, and salt recovery. After printing, polluted water is recycled, contributing to our commitment to eco-friendly practices.
Fabric Coloring
